We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable transportation experience for all our passengers. To ensure this, we have established the following code of conduct which must be adhered to by everyone using our service:

1. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, bullying, or physical violence, is strictly prohibited.
2. The use of profanity, offensive language, or any form of verbal abuse is not allowed.
3. Disrespecting or causing discomfort to the driver, staff, or fellow passengers will not be tolerated.

Violations of this code of conduct will result in immediate removal from the van. Additionally, offenders may face suspension or permanent exclusion from our transportation service.

Under Florida law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering our vehicles if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. By entering our vehicles, you are assuming this risk.

1. If your trip is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, your trip can be refunded to the original form of payment.
2. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your trip, will result in a 50% penalty.
